Background of International Exchange Service Ports
Under the strategic deployment of China Education Modernization 2035, under the policy guidance of Several Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Humanitarian Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries and Several Opinions on Doing a Good Job of Opening Up Education to the World in the New Era, the Sichuan Education Association for International Exchange Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the International Service Center of Sichuan Education) has positioned itself as an ecosystem builder of education international exchange and cooperation services.
The port is based in southwestern Sichuan and faces the rest of the world. Externally, it aims to construct overseas service bases in various countries. Internally, the focus is on establishing institutions and bases dedicated to international exchange and cooperation in education.
In order to actively carry out the plan of the Ministry of Education and Sichuan Province of Promoting Jointly Building the "One Belt, One Road" Education Initiative and to implement the plan on "Promoting the Joint Construction of the 'Belt and Road' Education Action Plan", the International Service Center of Chongqing Education plays a pivotal role in advancing these initiatives through its strategic positioning and operational objectives.
