On March 27, 2019 Chinese and Foreign Academic Exchange (Sichuan) Pilot Park Co-construction Signing and Seminar was held in Chengdu. The construction of the first Sino-foreign Academic Exchange Pilot Park in China was launched in Chengdu. On the same day, the Sino-foreign Academic Exchange (Sichuan) Pilot Park Office was opened to the public.
