U.S. Base
Academic cultural exchange established the U.S. service base as one of the main bases for teachers' overseas training and study visits in 2018. The U.S. base has resources such as TIRF - The Research Foundation for International English Language Education, Stony Brook University, and TESOL - Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages, and provides services such as teacher training at home and abroad and recruitment of foreign teachers, with the aim of expanding the collaboration between China and the U.S. in education and enhancing the process of internationalization of education.
The U.S. base is based in Monterey and oriented to North America. 2018 has begun to organize and implement training and cooperation programs in the U.S. The head of TIRF has been invited to serve as the director of the U.S. base, and the cooperation with the U.S. State University of Stony Brook has been fully carried out, which lays a good foundation for the implementation of teacher training and other exchange programs in the U.S. in the future. The East Boston site, with its excellent educational resources in Massachusetts, has become a major camp for student camp studies at all levels.

Australia Base
The Australian Service Base was established at the end of 2017 with the aim of expanding China-Australia economic and trade exchanges and educational cooperation, and enhancing the international cooperation process and positive interaction between the two countries.
Located in Brisbane, Queensland, adjacent to the city center and with convenient transportation, the Australia Center has the largest vocational college in Australia, which builds a base for the development of vocational education and high-level study tours and visits between the two countries. The director of the base is the current Chongqing - Brisbane Friendship City Ambassador, who has made outstanding contributions to the education, science and technology, and economy of the two cities.
At present, the Australian base has established exchange links with the Brisbane government, the University of Queensland, the Queensland University of Technology, TAFE colleges as well as schools and universities, and can carry out programs such as teacher exchange and training, study visits, short-term student exchanges, and curriculum cooperation, which provide rich resources for vocational education in Sichuan Province in particular.

Thailand Base
Academic cultural exchange was established in Thailand at the end of 2017, with the aim of practicing the national development strategy of "Belt and Road", expanding the collaboration of education in Southeast Asia, enhancing the process of international exchange of Chinese and foreign education and culture, and creating the concept of "Muay Thai + humanistic tourism + education" as a special base. The concept of "Thai Boxing + Humanities Tourism + Education".
Thailand Center is located in the center of Pattaya, with convenient and fast traffic, 1 km from Pattaya Beach, 1.5 km from the famous style street, surrounded by entertainment facilities, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, public facilities and other supporting facilities are complete and mature, covering an area of more than 10 acres of beautiful environment, well-equipped and advanced equipment, scientific planning, suitable for carrying out a variety of training and related study tours, exhibitions and activities. The establishment of the Thailand base is not only supported by the International Education Alliance and the Service Center of Sichuan Education Association for International Exchanges, but also supported by the local government, the Governor of Pattaya, Mr. Pongpham, the World Muay Thai Council and other industries.
