Purpose of Establishment
In order to standardize the selection of high-quality cooperation projects, efficiently match the supply and demand parties, and steadily promote the project landing, it was decided that the member units led by Academic cultural exchange will jointly implement the working mechanism of the Project Management Office (PMO), and take the PMO as a hand to coordinate all parties to carry out the implementation of the project landing in a pragmatic manner.
Service Targets
Kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities, enterprises and institutions, government departments at all levels, foreign-related organizations, foreign institutions and other units.

Pre-project work: including planning, soliciting partner organizations and projects, etc
Publication of notices of co-construction and cooperation
Sorting out co-operative institutions and projects
Work in establishing the project: including evaluating the project, setting up the project office, packaging the project, signing the agreement, etc.
Design of project outreach programs

Signing of the co-operation agreement
Post-project work: including selection of implementation team, setting of objectives and tasks, implementation, feedback, evaluation, etc.

Service fee
The centre arranges leaders and staff for the partner to docking liaison resources, work training and outbound visits to guide, and the partner pays the annual consulting service funds. Both parties agree to adjust the consulting service funding according to the specific workload arrangement in the course of cooperation. If consensus cannot be reached, the cooperation shall be terminated by mutual agreement.
The centre accrues a certain percentage of project sales revenue and negotiates increases or decreases in the accrual rate based on specific projects.
Regulatory mechanisms
The project management office of the Academic cultural exchange coordinates the establishment of the thematic project office and designates the relevant unit as the legal entity for the external operation of the thematic project office.
