INTERNATIONAL INCUBATOR

The Office of Sino-Foreign Humanitarian Exchange (Sichuan) Mechanism is the operation center of the UNESCO International Exchange Incubator, responsible for soliciting and selecting Sino-Foreign exchange and cooperation units, signing the Memorandum of Co-operation and providing services such as: policy consulting and planning, awarding relevant brands, and developing partners.

China-foreign Humanities Exchange Institute

The Institute of Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange is a think tank for the construction and development of UNESCO's International Exchange Incubator, which is open to the public to solicit and select, introduce institutions, experts, resources and projects, sign a memorandum of cooperation and co-construction, jointly build the Institute, and gather a group of Chinese and foreign experts in humanities exchanges.

The institute mainly serves the governments of Sichuan districts and counties, experimental parks, enterprises, colleges and universities, and its services mainly include:

1. Introducing and forming a pool of experts, scholars and talents in the fields of industry, education, humanities, science and technology from home and abroad, and building a pool of Chinese and foreign experts in humanities exchange;

2. organizing Chinese and foreign experts to provide consultations, seminars, assessments and reports on urban planning, industrial development, education, international exchanges and cooperation, etc., and building an information base for Chinese and foreign humanities exchanges;

3. organize and promote Chinese and foreign institutions to jointly establish joint Chinese and foreign research institutes in the fields of science and technology, economy, humanities, etc., and build a database of Chinese and foreign research institutes on humanistic exchanges.

Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange Innovation Academy

Chinese and foreign humanities exchange innovation college is the UNESCO international exchange incubator construction of talent personnel reserves and protection, for the community to collect and select domestic and foreign institutions, enterprises and other units, signed a memorandum of cooperation to jointly build innovation colleges, to cultivate a Chinese and foreign humanities exchange of talent.

The Innovation Academy mainly serves the governments of Sichuan Qing's districts and counties, experimental parks, enterprises, colleges and universities, etc. The service content mainly includes:

Gathering innovative talents at home and abroad who are interested in Chinese-foreign humanities exchange through practice, practical training, internship, dual-creation training, joint cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship, serving the needs of Chinese-foreign humanities exchange in various fields of business talent needs such as research, foreign affairs, education, industry, exhibition and conference, investment and financing, etc., and building a Chinese-foreign humanities exchange innovation academy institution library and talent pool to build an incubator to build a closed loop of talent demand development.

Major Events Division

The Division of Major Events takes the lead in public initiatives, selects cooperation units for exhibition activities, signs co-construction agreements for clusters to be stationed in the UNESCO International Exchange Incubator, jointly organizes the annual Sino-foreign Humanities Exchange Expo and various types of year-round meetings at all levels, and gathers the construction elements of Sino-foreign humanities exchange resources, projects, funds and institutions to carry out exchanges, transactions, and cooperation, and promotes the development of the cause of Sino-foreign humanities exchanges. Signing of co-construction cooperation memorandum combing, construction of China-foreign humanities exchange exposition institution library and China-foreign humanities exchange exposition project library, promote each resident unit to carry out resource transformation and project landing.

Digital Science and Technology Division

Led by the Digital Science and Technology Department, the department openly selects enterprises and institutions in the fields of Internet+education exchange, big data+humanities exchange, etc., and builds an intelligent service platform for Chinese-foreign humanities exchange, realizes Chinese-foreign humanities interaction and exchange across time and space in the cloud, and promotes the network transaction of foreign humanities resources, projects and industries, so as to pass on the Chinese culture and disseminate the Chinese civilization. According to the memorandum of cooperation on co-construction, build a database of Chinese and foreign humanities exchange intelligent service platform organizations and projects. Investment and Financing Division

With reference to the principles of financing services and relevant policies of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone for early and pilot implementation, risk-controllable, and service to the real economy, the Investment and Financing Division will contact the social capital to build the Chinese-foreign humanities exchange development funding platform. The Department of Education will take the lead in the selection of public initiatives to gather high-quality educational resources, institutions and projects in Southwest China and the rest of the country, sign a memorandum of cooperation for joint construction, set up a liaison office or representative office for high-quality domestic institutions and institutions, and sort out the resources in accordance with the memorandum of cooperation for the construction of a database of domestic institutions and institutions for Chinese-foreign humanities exchange and a database of educational projects for Chinese-foreign humanities exchange. Industry Department

The International Division takes the lead in open initiatives for Sichuan and domestic and foreign countries, integrates overseas government representative offices, cultural and educational institutions supported by embassies and consulates, international organizations, colleges and universities and enterprises, etc., and signs the memorandum of cooperation for the construction of a joint venture, and builds a database of Chinese and foreign international institutions and a database of Chinese and foreign international projects for the humanities in accordance with the memorandum of cooperation. According to the Memorandum of Cooperation on Joint Construction, sort out the database of Chinese and foreign humanities exchange parks and projects of Chinese and foreign humanities exchange parks, which will be clustered in the UNESCO International Exchange Incubator.

The Park Division focuses on building 1 UNESCO International Exchange Comprehensive Park and 12 specialty parks (Chinese and foreign language and cultural exchange service parks, international collaborative innovation parks for colleges and universities and scientific research institutes, international vocational industry-teaching fusion service parks, Chinese-foreign cooperative school sharing parks, Chinese and foreign exchange parks for overseas students and experts, intangible culture international exchange parks, international cultural, sports and art exchange parks, international tourism and cultural exchange parks, and international media, film and television exchange parks, (International Intelligent Humanities Exchange Park, Chinese and Foreign Humanities Rural Revitalization Exchange Park, International Friendship City Neighborhood Exchange Park).
