Established in May 2018 in Chengdu, ACE is a pivotal initiative driven by guidelines set forth in December 2017 by China's Central Committee and State Council. This platform, in collaboration with Omens Group and other partners, focuses on bolstering international cultural exchange. ACE endeavors to enhance educational cooperation, foster innovation, and promote cultural heritage between China and global entities, positioning itself as a leading OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) platform for cultural exchange nationwide.
